We work with people who have acquired brain injuries, cerebral palsy, suffered a stroke, terminal ill health and spinal injuries, amongst other issues. Working in partnership with clients
We have a strong network of therapeutic staff that we work alongside, ensuring positive goal-driven outcomes for our clients. We are skilled in assessing need, working alongside our client to identify what is important to them and then methodically working to meet those needs and goals. We work to enhance our client’s life and enable them to achieve their individual goals.
We pride ourselves on maximising our clients’ independence, allowing each client to reach their potential and make life feel worth living again. We understand the need to work in partnership with our clients and their loved ones as this achieves the best outcomes for all.
We work with our clients, their families and therapists to understand the challenges faced and take a lead on recruiting support staff, to ensure individual goals, lifestyles and wishes are met.
Recruiting staff to meet your needs
Sometimes there is a need after an injury to provide support worker staff. We take the stress out of the direct recruitment of staff by managing the recruitment process with our chosen expert external HR company, shortlisting and completing recruitment checks.
We manage care teams by providing supervision and training. We ensure the complex scheduling of staff is completed by our case management team, taking the pressure off clients and families. We are proud to say that the staff we recruit tend to stay in their jobs long-term, providing continuity of care and support and peace of mind for families.
Providing support every step of the way
Very often, after an injury has occurred, a client has challenges returning to their home, due to the layout or environmental issues. Our case management team support clients with organising adaptations and changes to their home. They can also support in identifying alternative accommodation, be that a short- or long-term change. We support all the way through a house move; we understand how stressful this can be for our clients and look to reduce as much of the pressure as possible by working hard to make it a smooth transition.
We work within the litigation process. We have worked with many clients from the initial instruction stage through to case settlement – and beyond. Kent Case Management take instructions from litigating solicitors, deputies, trustees, clients and their families. We are based in Kent but work across the whole of the South East of England.

Our Team
Anna Fleming
Kent Case Management is led by Anna Fleming, a qualified Social Worker. Anna has worked as a Case Manager since 2012, having qualified as a Social Worker in 1999. She is passionate about her work and takes personal pride in the high standards that her company offer. Anna has worked with a number of clients who have stayed with her through many years, appreciating the dedicated input she provides.
Megan Sammons
Megan is an Assistant Case Manager, working alongside Anna to manage the care teams which our clients employ. She has many years’ experience in a variety of health and care settings, working as a Clinical Support Worker and more recently as a Team Leader. Megan is methodical and organised, and having gained experience of working in care these are all useful assets to underpin and support the amazing teams who help our clients.
Amanda McKenna
Amanda is the Administration & Finance Officer at KCM. Her admin and financial experience span over 33 years, working in several different sectors. Having completed a counselling and life coaching course in 2017 her other key interest is within the care sector. Joining the team Amanda brought a vast amount of knowledge and experience to support Anna. Her natural flair for accounting brings a helpful tool to assist with budgeting. Along with her good communication skills, she helps deal with many situations that can arise within the company.
